SDL Expands in Denver

Banner Commercial has recently represented SDL International in the expansion and extension of their lease in the Denver suburb of Superior, Colorado. SDL now occupies a total of 17610 sq ft. Bob Robbins of Banner Commercial represented SDL in the negotiations.

Fruit of the Earth

Fruit of the Earth has expanded their warehousing operations in Fort Worth, Texas to support increased production needs. Fruit of the Earth is the world leader in the production of aloe-vera based and nature-inspired products. Tom Walrich of Banner Commercial represented Fruit of the Earth in this expansion, as he did for the move of their headquarters to Fort Worth and a previous expansion of their facility.

Curt Manufacturing, Inc. Opens New Distribution Center

Curt Manufacturing Inc., a towing system industry leader, has improved their national service capabilities by opening a distribution center in Auburn, Washington. Tom Walrich of Banner Commercial led Curt Manufacturing's site location efforts. Curt Manufacturing manufactures, imports and distributes a wide variety of towing and trailer products.
